Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Jewelry, shoes, bras, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hair bows, hats, belts, swimsuits, and gift certificates
  • All SALE/CLEARANCE items
  • Any item discounted 25% off or more

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return for store credit, all items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days from the date your package was delivered
  • Be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, pet hair, and stains
  • Have all original tags attached

Please note: Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or visible wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at MagnoliaRowBoutique@outlook.com with:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. After approval, you may ship the item(s) back to us using any carrier of your choice.
    Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  3. Once received, please allow 1–5 business days for processing.
    You will receive an email with your store credit code once your return is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Online Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
  • All approved returns will receive store credit only via an emailed code.
  • Store credit will equal the amount paid for the item returned (excluding shipping).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
  • If you need a different size or item, please complete a return and use your store credit to place a new order once issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email with a photo of the issue.
We will gladly correct the problem at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If you request a cancellation before shipping, we can issue store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
