Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Jewelry, shoes, bras, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hair bows, hats, belts, swimsuits, and gift certificates
- All SALE/CLEARANCE items
- Any item discounted 25% off or more
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return for store credit, all items must:
- Be returned within 14 days from the date your package was delivered
- Be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, pet hair, and stains
- Have all original tags attached
Please note: Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or visible wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at MagnoliaRowBoutique@outlook.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- After approval, you may ship the item(s) back to us using any carrier of your choice.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. - Once received, please allow 1–5 business days for processing.
You will receive an email with your store credit code once your return is processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Online Store Credit
- We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
- All approved returns will receive store credit only via an emailed code.
- Store credit will equal the amount paid for the item returned (excluding shipping).
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
- If you need a different size or item, please complete a return and use your store credit to place a new order once issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email with a photo of the issue.
We will gladly correct the problem at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If you request a cancellation before shipping, we can issue store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
